Creature is now offering our world-class 200 hour yoga teacher training completely online or as a haybrid. Study asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and anatomy with Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin and Dena Kingsberg.
Creature 50HR Course
Courses in yoga history, philosophy, subtle practices, mantra, meditation and yin yoga open to all – both students and teachers of yoga. For yoga teachers, these courses are modules towards your 300 hour training, and you will have access to teacher-only modules on sequencing and applied anatomy.
