Doorways Back To Yourself

1:1 Mentoring with Tahl Rinsky

Something in you has never been lost. It has only been covered over.

An integrated, transformative mentorship supporting your practice, your relationships, and your work through times of transition.
Designed to meet you where you are.

We’re not meant to do it all alone

We are not designed to do it all on our own. There are times when talking to a friend or taking another course just doesn't cut it; we need a skilled guide who has walked through similar paths. Someone we can trust to hold the mirror and reflect what cannot always be seen from the inside.

Designed to support, guide and graduate you with inner resources such as; Yoga, meditation,  and somatic practices, skills, direction, greater emotional resilience and the discernment to access your deepest truth and wisdom and to return to balance in moments of challenge, creating anchors that can guide you back to wholeness even in the midst of change.

It is not therapy, and not a replacement for it. This is a doorway to understanding who you really are, and how to live in a way that not only aligns but feels self-expressed, authentic and resourced from the inside.

An integrated approach

This mentorship is a culmination of 20 years of study and working with people as a facilitator, teacher trainer and leader in business. Bringing together the wisdom of the yoga and Tantric traditions, meditation, somatic practice, psychology, parts work and ritual.

Who is it for?

For those moving through transition, be it the start or ending of a career, an unmet desire for growth and change, for those in leadership roles: yoga teachers, business owners, facilitators interested in discovering how to meet their life with a full expression.

The Container

This is a path built around you, not a curriculum. Where you begin depends on where you are, and it might change as you change. Sometimes there is a clear, urgent starting point; other times it's a broader brushstroke. Tahl's approach is direct, boots on the ground. Creating an environment where you can feel deeply seen yet still be challenged at the same time.

Understanding is not the same as transformation.

You can name your pattern with total accuracy and repeat it the same afternoon. I know this because I was there for many years; I'm a verbal processor, but I have learned through hours of physical practice and later on somatic therapy and nervous system work that talking about something isn't always enough to shift it. Our pain, trauma, and unmet needs live in our body. Therefore, our work together might also include somatic movement alongside conversation.

Since this is a season in your life, the aim is to support you and help build a scaffolding: with individual practices and tools to help you regulate your nervous system, guide you towards deeper spiritual alignment, meeting yourself and your life, feeling robust and able to manage things on your own. Knowing what is right for you and being able to make decisions and seamlessly act from that place. From there, leadership becomes authentic, and the vision for your life becomes crystal clear.

About Tahl

Tahl Rinsky has spent over a decade training yoga teachers to find their own voice, and has come to understand that it was never about teaching. It was about the human experience, the nervous system, and an understanding of one's own inner architecture. It has been working through their patterns, limiting beliefs, emotions and trauma; that opened the doorway to full self-expression.

It is the personal growth work that shaped their teaching more than anything, and Tahl's deep passion for people, healing, and inner work has long since expanded beyond the mat. She now guides people through life transitions and deep inner work.

Her own path spanned through travel and drift, motherhood, a global business, divorce, heartbreak, and years of study in yoga, the Tantric traditions, somatic practice, parts work and meditation. What she found at the end of it was not a better version of herself. It was the way home.

She works at the intersection of somatic and contemplative practice. She is known globally for the trance-like states she creates in her yoga classes, offering students moments of deep reflection and healing. She holds the mirror, creating intimacy and connection- spaces where students feel deeply witnessed.

You are not a problem to be solved. You are a life to be lived.
