In our sessions, we may explore what it means to reconnect with your purpose and values, rediscover your authentic voice, and gently uncover the blocks that keep you from moving forward. We’ll cultivate steadiness and clarity, draw on your natural strengths, and build confidence from the inside out — grounding everything in tools that support sustainable growth, both on and beyond the mat.

Why Work With Me?

With close to 20 years of experience teaching, and over a decade training yoga teachers, I’ve walked this path from many angles. I’ve owned and run multiple studios, created online platforms, and taught retreats, festivals, and workshops around the world. Alongside that, my passion for human behaviour and personal development has meant years of study, reflection, and a deep curiosity about how we grow.

For me, the path of teaching is inseparable from the path we walk in our relationships, families, and search for joy. I’ve often been called a conductor of energy. Students come to me saying, “I want to teach like you.” My response is always the same: “You can’t teach like me — but I can guide you to teach like you.”

This mentorship is about helping you discover your own authenticity, embody your power, and lead in ways that align with your deepest desires and truths.

  • You’ll have regular access to me between sessions for quick questions, reflection, or encouragement. Anything needing more depth can be explored in your next session.

  • You'll receive selected materials to deepen your practice, stimulate thought, or support your goals—practical and personal.

  • Gentle, honest reflections to help you grow with clarity and alignment, offered with care and respect for your process.

  • We’ll set intentions and check in on progress in a way that feels supportive rather than pressured—designed to keep you moving forward.

  • If you’re registered with Yoga Alliance, this mentorship can count toward Continuing Education.
